Monzo saved the day with panache!

I've used monzo for years - the pivotal point for me was when I found a Monzo card on the street (someone elses) I called them and they immediately cancelled it and sent to person a new one and contacted them and just asked me if I wouldnt mind chopping the old one up (ofcourse I said yes) - yes it was the right thing to do, but the ease and panache that the customer service person had was just fantastic! I've never found finance interesting - it's a clunky, hard to understand industry that feels elitist and difficult to access. Since opening my Monzo account and ISA's, I've found saving and budgetting more EXCITING. I've never had a problem using Monzo and the experience has been great. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

I’ve been with Monzo since the beta days and use it for my primary account, joint account, savings account and ISA. The app is so well-considered and intuitive. Over the years, I really feel that Monzo has helped me develop a more sensible and engaged relationship with my finances.
