Monzo is brilliant.

Monzo is brilliant. The app-based banking experience is great and makes it so easy to manage money, see what's going out when and which account/pot it's going from. Get paid a day early is also a superb feature. Customer service is good, but it's slower than it was when the bank was smaller - back then, it was almost instant. It isn't now, and I hope it picks up again, but via chat in the app is the best way to do it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

The app features are just fantastic, easy to use, and easy to find! I've never had a bad experience with Monzo. When I have had to reach out to customer service it has been flawless and incredibly helpful, and it's easy to make account changes without having to speak to someone and wait for ages like other banks!
