I will never use another bank! I have never been frustrated with any part of Monzo. The app, the customer service, the features are all fantastic. Incredible bank and I will never look anywhere else as long as they keep it up. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo personal is great, do the same for joint

Monzo increasingly provide services along side their current account which makes managing money, budgeting and keeping track of other finance needs a breeze. I only wish their was consistency of features between personal and joint accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo is a great bank and from my understanding one...

Monzo is a great bank and from my understanding one of the first all digital banks. The only area for improvement is the customer service. It’s great that it’s all via chat but you can send a message, then wait days for a reply to then be told that they have to pass you to a different team for you then to wait several more days for a reply let alone an answer or the information you need. Monzo have revolutionalised the way i bank, now saving extra pennies each time I spend with the round up feature and tracking my spending progress has changed how I spend. I can't think higher of monzo and I will never change bank again! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Love the ease of this bank

Easy to use app, great for saving and budgeting, love how easy it is to transfer money to others, and especially love that you get your pay early. Much prefer to use this bank over another high street bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
