I’ve become a fanatic

I’ve been a Monzo customer since the beginning and upgraded to a pro account as soon as it became available. Their approach to banking sounds like it should be intuitive, but I’ve yet to see it done as well anywhere else. Everything is simple, obvious and uncomplicated and has me feeling entirely in control of my finances. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Once a pioneer, now in with the crowd... still good

I moved my 'spending' money into Monzo from my main NatWest account as it had loads more functionality. Market leader in sending payments, splitting bills, paying abroad etc. unfortunately not much newness has happened (relevant to me) and all the other banks have caught up and copied Monzo. So great, but no longer a pioneer in my eyes and part of the crowd now. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

The most intuitive mobile back

Very verbose and transparent about how your money is used and what fees you pay for any premium services, plus the premium account offers a fantastic amount of travel insurance and phone insurance for no additional cost.
