The best banking experience I've ever had.

The best banking experience I've ever had. Every single element is leagues above anything else I've ever used - the app, the customer experience, organising money, the brand. Monzo even let me open an account without an address when I first moved to the UK. Monzo really does put all other banks to shame. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

I love the visibility, transparency and ease-of-use of the app, which is my day-to-day banking experience. Monzo is a customer-centred bank that has thought about what makes a great banking experience for the customer. I can’t imagine having my main bank account with another provider. Bank is brilliant.

Bank is brilliant. Quick with transfers and deposits. Informs instantly which is great. If I’d known about Monza earlier I would have had my salary paid into it. I could then organise myself using the pots. Wonderful bank and thank you. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Best current account available

I am a long standing customer of Monzo Bank. I banked with many UK banks: HSBC, Tesco bank (closed), Nationwide, Lloyds, Revoult (not a bank yet), Monzo, and other financal app services I probably forgot about. From all prespectives Monzo wins in the user expiriance and how easy it is to have day to day banking. From benifits alone as being a keen traveller allowing me to not pay for any time I use a diffrenet currency - Monzo saved me a lot over the years. They have enhanced their bank a lot in the past year, intrducting ISA that was easy to understand, showing other financal services in app like my mortgage, making them the top app I prefer to use always. I do recommend to everyone to use as it also makes it easy to pay money to a friend or family, splitting bills etc. I hope Monzo will be always as good as they are currently! Wont return my £10,000

Opened the account. Deposited and spent £2 with no problem. Then made the mistake of adding £10000. Now my account is blocked. I can’t spend anything due to suspicious activity. Live chat responds after 4 hours. They answer the phone after at least 45 minutes from Cape Town, South Africa. It has now been 24 hours that I have had no access to my money. No update. No contact from their scam specialist team. They just keep telling me to wait. Monzo are a complete joke. A bunch of cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Revolut instead!! Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
