A Great All-In-One bank, all in the Palm of your Hand

I am a Premium Current Account holder, a Joint Account Holder, I also use the Investment Platform, I have a loan, I use their Flex Credit Card and their Instant Access savings accounts. So I think I am using pretty much everything they offer outside of a Business Account, which I would use if I had a business! I don't have a lot of money, but Monzo make it easy for me to track and keep on top of the small amount I do have. And they give me the tools to get better. I earn great interest and I earn a bit more through my investment. It's tiny, but it grows consistently by around 6-7%! I love that I can see everything in one account. My mortgage with another provider, a run down of my investments and how my money grows and changes on a daily basis. The loan was easy to manage and also easy to pay off early. The Flex credit card is great, with the range of payment options, and they constantly improve it. When I first started using it, you had to pay off the first instalment immediately, which often defeated the purpose of it, but they changed that based on feedback. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Customer service is AWFUL!

Customer service is AWFUL! No-one replies on the chat OR the phone - no-one ven *acknowledges* you! It's an absolute joke and I would definitely NOT recommend Monzo to other people! Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Love this bank

Completely changed the who banking experience. Everything I need in one place very user friendly and the flex features are brilliant. Sending money to family and friends is easier than ever.
