On your side, but joint accounts are lacking

It really feels like Monzo is on your side, helping you manage your money and I'm grateful for that. But feature parity on joint accounts is a years-long failed promise, and customer support is agonizingly slow. If things improve Monzo would deserve a six-star review. Reviewed on: 8th March 2024

is the only bank account I've never had a problem with. Signing up is easy, splitting bills is easy, and even when I thought I would have a problem with a refund, guess what? Refunds are EASY.
