Could do better.

Disappointing compared to other opportunities. I find the app has many options but it is a busy layout and not very appealing. I find it messy and confusing. The pots or cards you can add are a good idea I don't like that they advertise other products that seem to be personalized only to say that you are not eligible which is an unnecessary rejection. They are also well established entity but don't seem to want to reward their clients for sharing their app and so there is little incentive to do so. I was please about six months ago when they had the option of viewing your credit report and I was wondering why they just stopped it and it disappeared so unexpectedly. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

Fast, simple and clear!

Banking with Monzo is just fast and simple. They have a great way to organise your spending and it's crystal clear where my money goes. They keep improving their services and listen to their customers! They are always transparent about the fees (on credit cards and payments abroad).
