Okay, but not great

I like the product, but NOT the management. Using account as bill paying tool, but always aware that Monzo can go funny and close my account with no reason. That's why keeping extra rent money aside, just in case. Not the best reputation about them so far from my environment people. I am happy to keep an account and use it, but it would be NO skin off my nose it it would get closed. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

I never thought I’d feel genuine affection for my bank.

I never thought I’d feel genuine affection for my bank. But I do! They’ve always been excellent in every interaction: helpful with insurance, resolved an attempted fraud, addressed some issues I had with duplicate payments. All promptly, without any issues. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

An amazing product

An amazing product that allows you to have a great overview of how, where and when you are spending your money. I allows you to keep on top of your spend very effectively and I went from using it occasionally to using it for my everyday spend. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

What did I do without Monzo? Before Monzo, I was terrified to look at my account, I was overspending, forgetting about priority bills and my financial health was down the toilet. Now, I'm in control.
