Great experience - yet it could be better

Overall, an excellent bank and great experience through a very functional app. I wish it was possible to hold Euro as well as GBP (similar to Starling). I was rather disappointed by the way investments work as I expected more flexibility and more options regarding the available funds. Providing funds that track indexes would be a great way to go! Monzo is so easy to use

Monzo is so easy to use (although new pots layout is a little odd) and customer service via the chat is always extremely helpful. I'm enjoying the good rate on the easy access savings account and love that I can withdraw and spend money so easily overseas. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

You can't go wrong

Easy customer support within the app using the chat function. Absolutely brilliant app, lovely design and very intuitive. Can see all my card details in the app. Easy to send money, especially to people with a Monzo account. I can round up my purchases into a savings pot.
