Convenient and secure

I love how convenient and easy it is to deal with daily payments with monzo. Monzo flex has saved me couple of times on tricky situations. I also like the security feature in the app that lets you know if anyone from monzo if actually calling you. Reviewed on: 20th January 2024

The pots make it easy to budget

Easy to open, app is clear. The pots make it easy to keep money aside for certain spending and saving meaning I can stick my budget. The orange card is nearly impossible to lose! Haven't yet had much if any contact with customer service so can't comment on that Reviewed on: 20th January 2024

A bank and an app that could satisfied me in everything

I was looking for a bank that could satisfy all my needs. And I found in Monzo. I'm a premium user because their Premium package is excellent, providing all the extra I need, from insurance to virtual cards to better interest rate. The app is over the top, it provides everything in a very simple way. It happened to me I had to talk with customer service and they were excellent also on this point. Monzo is the only bank also in my life that provided me a "get the money without delay" feature, what I mean is when I receive money they won't let me wait the extra days usually other banks use for doing their own capital.
