Monzo, why bank anywhere else.

Always had excellent service with monzo. It does more than the other banks I have been with and keeps you informed. They take an interest in the customer unlike other banks which I have been with. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Helping me better manage money!

I've been nothing but impressed since joining, especially with the updates to the app. I love getting paid early. I love how easy it is to send money to those that have the app too. I enjoy that all of my accounts can be in the same place. I took a loan out with Monzo too which enabled me to pay off several other plans, this means now I have one singular payment and can see the loan within my banking app,I can also very easily pay extra off which is a great feeling! I also really enjoy the pots I can create, I love how visual the app is. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Super-efficient, Reliable, Innovative and Fun!

In spite of being an online bank, of which I was originally quite skeptical, I have been pleasantly and happily surprised each time I need them. I moved to monzo completely this year and the features and app are exceptional. I never had this with my high street bank, who I was with for 10+ years. I'll never look back. Flex is great, early pay is useful if you need it and the interest rates on savings are good. You can also open an investment ISA directly from the app and have small change roundups go straight to it. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
