Monzo - no mess, easy to understand banking!

Monzo is a friendly, easy to use app based bank. When I’ve used their customer service team for support they have been excellent. They have a no mess, easy to understand way of communicating with customers. The thing that really impressed me was how quickly they raised the interest rate on the savings account. Another benefit is using the card abroad for transactions with no fee. Couple this with immediately seeing the cost in GBP it makes it really easy to keep a track of your holiday spending. I’ve been using Monzo for years now.

I’ve been using Monzo for years now. I started using it at university and I think it’s brilliant to see what you’re spending and how much you’re spending over the month so you can see if you can cut down on anything. It’s great having everything in one app. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
