Just Perfect!

Monzo gat my back.

The customer service intervene when a vendor deducted subscription fees that I cancelled, I was duly communicated and issues was resolved and I got my money back. This is particularly impressive because all communication was within the app. It didn't cause me extra on transport money and time. Thank you Monzo for having your customers back.
