Cannot be beaten as a bank

Cannot be beaten as a bank. Not perfect, but also expect a lot as a fintech that has released so many great features over the years. Customer service is great, just navigating the maze to actually speak to someone can be challenging. Rates on their new investment product aren't the best but a good route in for beginners, and the Plus and Premium tiers need some love as they are a bit stale and no longer represent good value. What’s not to love?

I’ve never had a problem with monzo. Always providing new ways to save and organise my money. Really seem ahead of the curve compared to other banks. Couldn’t fault them on anything! A really clean mobile app that’s informative but not in your face tops it all off. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
