Everything is so easy through the Monzo app

Everything is so easy through the Monzo app, you can find what you want easily and it’s very easy to navigate. I aso bank with Santander and the whole process is nowhere near as smooth, quick or easy. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

If I ever need support, Monzo provides it great 24/7!

If I ever need support, Monzo provides it great 24/7! Transfers to and from my account are instant, no waiting necessary, always feels really secure using it, and prompts me for my biometrics and/or pin number every time, even if I minimise the app for barely one second. IF YOU HAVE AN INCOME OR SAVING - YOU NEED MONZO.

I truly cannot praise this bank highly enough. I am 72 and my son persuaded me to open an account with them and it was the best thing - financially - that's ever happened to me. I can see my account there in front of me - all day on my ipad. That means I can see any movement in the account and this has given me greater control in managing the limited funds I have. Highly recommend!

Monzo is easy to use, user friendly and appear to take on customer feedback. Using both a personal and joint current account with Monzo has streamlined the way we do our finances. My budgeting has improved drastically since using Monzo Pots and for the first time I've been able to save for the future for big purchases, emergency funds and holidays taking the financial stress off.
