Excellent Service

I always receive excellent service, there is never a down time. I absolutely enjoy the cash back service, I make purchases and get refunded a percentage of the money spent! I had a dispute once (I was almost defrauded) it was resolved in few minutes and my money refunded. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I love Monzo... & couldn't imagine switching!

I have been a Monzo member since they started (beta), and then when I started my own business, I opened a Monzo business account. The features for tracking my spending on my personal account are great, with ability to use the pots, track my spending, set budgets, etc. I also think the accessibility to transfer between my current account, business account, joint account AND any other account is SO easy and simple, I can't imagine being with another bank now. Wholeheartedly recommend Monzo for all banking!

I switched to Monzo after horrible experiences with Santander, and I wish I’d switched much sooner. The app is excellent, customer support is second to none, and the whole experience has been even better than I’d hoped. I recommend Monzo to everyone I know! Being able to keep track of my money so easily has really helped me to rein in my spending and has saved me money. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
