Monzo is just brilliant.

Monzo is just brilliant. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Always love showing off my card wherever I can. The features they offer are inline with what I want from a bank (virtual cards, investments, cashback, flex card, insurance etc. The whole interface is just so easy and slick to use. If you worry that it is only an app based bank woth no physcial branches, ask yourself, when was the last time you ACTUALLY needed to visit a branch in person?. Monzo is the best app on my phone

Monzo might just be the best app on Play Store. I was someone who never checked my bank balance if I could avoid it, and had no sense of what I was spending money on. Monzo has helped me take interest in my own finances by simplifying them and doing the work for me! Now, I use Pots and Trends to keep money aside for certain activities and accurately map my spending on different hobbies. It's great! The custom categories in Plus are super useful too. Have banked with Monzo for years.

Have banked with Monzo for years. The service they provide is exemplary with customer service very helpful and attentive. The product has improved leaps and bounds over that time period too and is the best bank I’ve ever been with for being able to track your spending, even down to the type of spending or individual merchant.
