Keeps your money safe!

Monzo is excellent! A few months ago I got a unrecognised transaction from my account, but they blocked it before it took the money out. Fortunately, they froze the card and I got in touch with their great customer service and they sent me a new card. I've been with them for years, and I would highly recommend. Could be a lot better if you could talk to a person.

Could be a lot better if you could talk to a person. Everything that you do is on the app and sometimes it takes long for them to respond which is t great. If you are a vulnerable customer and you need help asap, this isn’t great. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

Dont bother

Had issues with a basketball broadcasting service that took money from me and as I reported it as fraud and provided proof even of other people online all saying the same thing about it they just ignored me and said they can't help Skip to today 19/12/2023 Spending my money for whatever (dont have to tell them at all) and the blocked my account, after I told them I'm happy to prove to them who I am and even facetime they kept asking illegally about my spending.. so basically I don't recommend them as they really don't help you when you need them and they waste your time when you are using YOUR money Reviewed on: 20th December 2023
