Customer service is amazing. I had a strange transaction on my account. Contacted CS who froze card immediately, refunded the transaction, sent me a new card and explained how I could create a virtual card to use online while I waited for a new card to arrive. Faultless. Simply the best

Ever since I got Monzo, I knew I would never go back to a different provider. Their UI is clean and easy to follow, their support team is always happy to help, and I'm just impressed by their marketing team for making relevant and relatable content.
