Could not live without it

A bank which is designed and operates with customers in mind. I feel thoroughly supported in handling my finances and value the transparency with no hidden fees or weird conditions. Each time i’ve had to contact customer service, the representative on the other end of the phone has been friendly and explained things clearly. Since the invite only days

I have been a Monzo customer since the early days when they were so secrete you could only join by invite. I haven't consider any other options since. Their banking operations for current accounts is very efficient, versatile and convenient. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Since I got my Monzo Account, I've moved away from every other bank I had an account with. Monzo have been great for my Joint Account with my girlfriend to using it abroad. Never had an issue with them at all. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
