Easy Banking for Single Parents

Since becoming a single mum working full time, I have zero time to spend in call queues & Monzo has changed my life. Between the different spending pots, sending links to friends to spilt food bills & most importantly the Monzo app chat customer support has made my life is so much easier. Not only that but they're social media engagement over all the platforms is this best I have ever witnessed from any company, it makes me proud to be their customer. The best!!

I used to hate looking at my bank account but Monzo changed that! They made the whole switching process super easy and kept me informed every step of the way. And the truth is, it is easy. Like, really easy. Since joining I had my current account moved over, an overdraft in place, I needed a loan so that was done in seconds and the way Monzo has built Flex is just genius.
