Great service, modern bank account

Always fantastic service, from notifications regarding money in and out to early payments the day before everything is fantastic. Always feel on top of my money and spending and much easier to budget with my Monzo account. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great current account

The current account is very good. So easy to use and the app is the by far the best banking app I have had. Easy to send and receive money, a nice notification when you do and so useful being able to easily open and close 'pots' to help put money aside for various occasions. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

I LOVE banking with Monzo

I've used Monzo for a long time now, back when they were more of a cashcard. I find using them really easy and in tune with modern living. Being able to move money is easy, I like how easy it is to contact and sort things out with them over chat and their communication about other products, updates and offers is always useful. The app is really insightful, offering trends and thoughts on how I use my money month to month. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Life-changing

Switching from a trad bank to Monzo 5 years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made. My finances have transformed from being in debt, to having an emergency fund, a deposit for a house and a little extra saved away. Easy to use, accessible and customer-centric, Monzo were a breath of fresh air. Now my husband has an account, we have a joint account, and a business account. I made the mistake of opening a business account with a competitor, resulting in unnecessary stress. My only criticism is that the innovation seems to have halted. I'd like to see them venture into new areas, as Revolut has. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
