I have been using Monzo for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best bank account I’ve ever had. Monzo is not just an app, it’s a whole new way of managing your money. It gives you a clear view of your spending, helps you save and budget, and makes payments easy and fast. Plus, it has amazing customer service and security features. Monzo lets you see all your transactions in real time, with instant notifications and categories. You can also set up pots to separate your money for different purposes, like bills, savings, or fun. You can even automate your income and bills with salary sorter and bill pots. And if you need to pay someone, you can do it with a few taps or a link, no need for sort codes or account numbers. Monzo also offers overdrafts, loans, and savings accounts with competitive rates and flexible terms. You can access them all from the app and apply in minutes. And if you travel abroad, you can use your Monzo card anywhere in the world without fees or charges. But what I love most about Monzo is their customer service. They are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They answer your questions quickly and resolve any issues efficiently. They also listen to your feedback and constantly improve their features and products. They make you feel like you’re part of a community, not just a customer. Monzo is more than just a bank account. It’s a smart, simple, and secure way to manage your money. It has changed the way I think about banking and made my life easier. Best banking! Simple, engaging and fun

Monzo is fast, efficient, easy to use and provide an amazing experience with its simplicity and flexible approach to the world of finance and banking. Through them I have been able to save for holidays and my first house breaking down my finances to be more applicable and give me greater understanding to my expenditures. The flex account is the most flexible lending I have seen from any financial institution and considering my job is part commission based, I feel like it’s a breath of fresh air to break the rigid mould of lending and allow me to pay back things as and when or even early without penalty. I will forever use Monzo as they are constantly innovating the banking world and have been with me through my journey in life and provided the ability and know how to purchase some of my biggest investments yet!
