The bank, and app, are excellent. It's very clear to get a full overview of your finances, with helpful tools to aid navigation and understanding of your financial situation. If the customer service was a little easier to get to, these guys would be 10/10. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

I have used Monzo as a spending account for 5 years and haven't had any issues. Most problems are quickly rectified online, and the app is fast. They could do with a Physical Hub or Branch which is a bit easier for older folks Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Monzo App sets the standard

The Monzo app is currently setting the benchmark for how good banking apps can be. Really easy to use with lots of great features. The product offerings aren't the strongest yet and they are beaten on interest rates by some competitors (such as Zopa), also it took them ages to offer a decent overdraft facility... but their app is really second to none.
