I had an incidence of attempted fraud. The Monzo customer service person was so swift and effective but also reassuring and understanding. Seriously reduced my stress and made me feel so much better. The app is great, so are the people. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Honestly monzo is the best bank i have ever had and i have had a few. Its app is the best ever, it covers everything and makes it so simple to find what your after. This is one of the best banks I've ever dealt with, the options available to me as a member are brilliant. I've never had any issues with the bank, and the one problem I had with a company the bank resolved for me promptly. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone that would be interested.
