amazing staff

after visiting my branch to sort a problem out concerning a missing payment for a direct debit to another bank, the two staff members who helped me, Kaisha and Victoria were excellent, professional, friendly and also went above and beyond with the service provided, another reason I have banked with the nationwide for 30 years, amazing staff. I have been a Nationwide customer since my parents joined me up. 46 years ago. I have always found them to be superb in their customer service, and the simplicity of their products for my needs.
