Very reasonable

Helpful and friendly, but

I love my bank because staff in branch are always helpful and friendly, and their online banking is great. On the downside - although some of their accounts offer competitive interesgt rates, they could do more for loyal customers. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Love nationwide

Friendly staff

Helpful, friendly knowledgeable

My branch in West Moors, Dorset is brilliant! All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They are always ready to help and know me by name. Nothing is too much trouble for them and my FlexPlus account is just what I need. Reviewed on: 10th February 2016

'Too Easy'

There is nothing special about a Nationwide account. Let me say that again - Nothing Special. Which is GREAT! I don't want my current account to be special. I want it to be simple; to work; to be easy. I rarely notice my Flexaccount - it hard ever registers on my radar, becuase if I need to do something or know something - I just login to my app and check or do it. It's easy. it's simple. Interest rate went down!

I hate that I used to get 1.5% interest on my current account and then one day got a letter saying "we are changing your interest to 0%" but it was announced as if it was a positive thing. It was really weird (and not cool!). Reviewed on: 3rd February 2016

Fabulous Service
