Don't bother if wanting the travel insurance

Tried to claim on the travel insurance for cost of alternative travel due to a cancelled flight back to the UK... Only to be told that the policy only covers delay benefit and that they do not cover for a flight that has been cancelled! The delay benefit is only £10 after 2 hours and then "10 every 4 hours after that! and to claim this you must be at the airport and checked in. What is the point of the travel insurance if you can not even claim on it for the things you need. Will definately be moving to a more comprehensive account for a similar price. Great Packaged Bank Account

Fantastic cover for the family - travel and mobile insurance, plus vehicle breakdown cover included for a reasonable monthly fee. Easy to use online and friendly service in-branch. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Good benefits for reasonable rate

The flex plus provides insurance, breakdown cover and cashback on supermarket shops for £14/month. The price has increased (what hasn’t!) but still a useful account to have and know travel and phone insurance are sorted! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
