Change of card

Asked for a contactless card. I wasn't sent one so immediately rang customer services and they sent out very quickly and excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 5th December 2016

very easy to deal with

Great and really helpful.

no problems but mobile banking looks technical

I have had the nationwide current account for about a year and have no problems with it so far. My only problem with it is that my mobile app for banking looks very complicated compared to my other bank. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Just brilliant!

Just brilliant! I`v used the Nationwide cashcard when travelling abroad. As far as I know its the only card that doesnt charge you for using a cash machine when you`re abroad. So convenient for day to day use abroad and with NO CHARGE!! Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Fantastic company!

Old fashioned friendly service

I visited the Wolverhampton branch on my lunch break to get a new 0% credit card. I had a lovely chat with the assistant but he still processed my application quickly and effivpciently who's plat thoroughly checking that I understood what I was getting. Reviewed on: 9th January 2016
