No thrills, but very reliable

This card really has no special perks with it, but it is an honest and easy to manage account which does what it needs to for me! Reviewed on: 20th November 2015

MY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NATIONWIDE.

I WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT MY OVERALL OPINION ON THE CASH CARD I USE AT NATIONWIDE BUILIDING SOCIETY. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS BUILDING SOCIETY FOR FIVE YEARS AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED NO PROBLEMS USING MY CARD. FURTHERMORE I WOULD ALSO MENTION THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER CARE WITH NATIONWIDE WHEN CHECKING THE DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. FINALLY BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT TREATMANT I HAVE RECEIVED I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE. Reviewed on: 9th November 2015

Very handy card to use. Not just for card purchases but also to draw money out.

I have found Nationwide to be a great bank to deal with. The staff on the telephone are always very polite and helpful and whenever I need a new card sent out it is done in a timely manner. I have a cash card and a loyalty Saver with Nationwide both of which I use on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Nationwide to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th November 2015

Simple straightforward basic Current Account

If you are looking for a basic current account without all the bells and whistles add ons this is a good option. Easy to open online if required. I find the staff at my local branch very helpful and genuinely interested in your queries. Only downside are the queues as they have a limited number of staff on duty. Reviewed on: 31st August 2015

A refreshing change from High Street banks

For those disillusioned with the state of High Street banking, there's still a good old fashioned Building Society to turn to. Refreshingly down to earth, Nationwide doesn't feel like a building society anymore but it still has the friendly policies that you'll love. I've been a customer for so many years I lose count but I really can't find fault with the service. Reviewed on: 27th April 2015
