Natwest A Taste of Excellence

I have banked with Natwest in excess of 40 years. their professionalism is second to none in the banking world. I have my main bank account with them, my mortgage, and savings products and I couldn’t be happier. Banking is easy on the Natwest App. I’m able to access all my account and manage them in one place. I can even add accounts that I have with other banks. It’s fantastic. Natwest products are very competitive and their customer service is brilliant. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Generally a good service

A great service in terms of rewards, insurances and withdrawing money abroad. Saves us money. Dragon pass element totally useless and ads stress to holidays doesn't add value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Service level appalling

They believe 1 phone call a year is great service, I made a complaint and have not heard anything from them in over 2 weeks. They are fast becoming a laughing stock. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Outstanding service

Fantastic Mobile Banking App

What a great banking app, I cannot remember the last time I had to logon to online banking or go into a bank branch. For sometime now the app allows cheques to be paid in and with facial recognition to approve higher value payments everything that I need can be done on my mobile phone wherever I am or at whatever time. Easy to use, excellent back up from the bank

Easy and simple to use. Information they provide is excellent and never had any issues. Provides insurance, car hire, holiday insurance etc. Would recommend to others. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Very useful extra benefits

If you paid for all the benefits separately it would cost you more. Gives great peace of mind knowing car breakdown cover, travel insurance are in place. Airport lounges, holiday booking ser ice and concierge service are very helpful for event tickets. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
