Personalised and supportive banking

Having been a personal banking customer of NatWest for over 5 years, I opened a business bank account to set up my new Ethnic/Asian Maternity Wear & Nursing Wear business - Indi Mamma. It's been a smooth process and really refreshing to be able to go into my local branch for help with international payments, as well as an easy process applying for funding to facilitate the growth of my business. Lost our documents and very un-reliable, no replies.

Absolutely terrible service from the start. In the process of opening a business account they lost our documents and did not reply to us at all until I had to visit the branch to confront them about it. After several phone calls, 3 weeks and a number of attempts we were told copies of our passports were lost... Stay clear. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Awful Customer service

Very rude and controlling

The worst for business banking, they won't let you do as you please with your money and will move it around without your authorisation and the business managers are extremely rude and unhelpful Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Terrible service when scammed

NatWest has been awful when’s scam took place that was obviously an inside share of data problem. Not accountability, hours waiting and being transferred to the wrong people, stress like we’ve never known, lost 21k. Fake NatWest website, didn’t respond to money being transferred quickly to get it back, waiting, slow, service people were useful. Bank relationship managers for business and personal were useful and had no autonomy to do anything. Over £10m gone through act and awful service Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
