The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Terrible communication and out dated app

I have finally got round to closing my account with NatWest after falling for a sign up incentive a couple of years ago, I have had nothing but grief trying to contact NatWest for anything, there 'robot' tries to handle everything and achieves nothing. The app is so far behind other leading banks with security settings and ease of use. No sort code or account number on the physical card gets frustrating, even more so when they lock you out of online banking and you must wait for a letter to come via the post to access it. Best bank all around

Always used as primary bank, the account is easy to manage and everything is readily available, from direct debit management to payments and bills. Rewards and cashback are also great and overall never had a bad experience. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

I’ve been with NatWest for over 50 years. Nuff said.

I’ve had an account with NatWest for over 50 years and wouldn’t dream of moving elsewhere. I get rewards for spending on things I would buy anyway, and it is SO easy to manage my money using their online banking. If I ever need to visit a branch, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and treat me with respect, including making a big fuss of my dog! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Happy,but!!

Good for cashback.
