The NatWest Reward Account allows you to earn rewards from direct debits and spending at NatWest’s partner retailers.

Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Worst Bank with Appalling Service.

Been with this worst high street bank for a while.Worst Service when compared to other new banks in UK.Services are very traditional and outdated.Sales calls are horrendous and haunting if you are a Home owner to switch Mortgage to them without understanding the rationale why customer didn’t approach Natwest initially.Service has been from Bad to Worse.This could be evidenced from various social platforms people created to vent their frustrations. Online banking is so easy

I have 5 different accounts with NatWest, three of which are savings accounts and I find it really to switch between them online. My rewards account has earns money steadily. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Reward account for cash back

This is a very good account that pays cash back on direct debits. There is a small fee of £2 per month but the cash back more than compensates for this. The app is also really easy to use. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Trustworthy

Trustful bank with simple app and easy usage; however, their help function is not helpful (the robot 'cora' has never been helpful, and it takes days to reach a human being), so in the few cases I have needed help, it has proved quite time consuming and stressful. Maybe an option for a second bank account as they have good switch offers too. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Natwest App

After a slow start I now find this app very useful in managing my reward account on a daily basis. It is easy to navigate and helps me to check and/or amend my standing orders as needed. It also supports me to manage my direct debits and credit card payments as I choose. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Are the rewards worth it
