There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Old fashioned values and customer service

NatWest, offers customer service second to none in the banking industry. Whilst modern banks are online only and you can’t speak to anyone. Brilliant account with so many benefits

Reward Platinum gives so much more. Cash rewards on standing order spending.. free car breakdown cover and travel insurance.. free overdraft facility and much much more and that is why I have been a customer of Nat West for over 40 years! Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Great App

NatWest app is great, very easy to use, navigate and perform banking tasks.Much better compared to some of my other banking apps. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great service, easy to use app

I love the NatWest app and how easy it is to use, and that I can basically do anything without ever having to make a phone call or visit a branch. I pay £20 a month for Platinum Rewards and recently had to use the included breakdown cover. It was easy to contact them, no hassle getting a breakdown service out to me, which I was so grateful for being with my young son at the time. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
