Excellent service

We received an excellent service when we recently attended an appointment at Hungerford Branch to review our mortgage. We had already looked into the products available and had decided on the one that suited us best but during our appointment everything was fully explained and we were given additional information that will not only save us money but also enable us to reduce the term of our mortgage. Additional borrowing

Been with the Newbury for the whole duration of our mortgage and have taken additional funds on a couple of occasions. We've always dealt Clare in the Alton branch who has been superb, professional, friendly service. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2019

First time shared ownership mortgage

Angela was incredibly helpful throughout the mortgage process and kept us fully up to date with what was happening. Professional, friendly, effecient, reliable and trustworthy.

Rose Hallett - Superstar!

No words needed - Bought my house in January & Rose was a fantastic start to finish, changed houses a few times due to being messed about by companies and it was never too much hassle. remortgage

Good interaction with the team and prompted by a letter from NBS, re coming to end of offer period on mortgage product, Had a chat, re transferring to a new discounted product. Spotted an ERC in the T&Cs, which was then overridden, but wonder how many other people would not have spotted it and been liable to ERC. Reviewed on: 25th October 2019
