Two weeks for a product switch

A simple product switch as existing borrowers of more than 12 years was stressful and time consuming yet it should have been neither. Very low loan-to-value, exceptional loan-to-income yet we were required to jump through hoops. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Switching the mortgage into a new product

The whole process of switching our five year fixed rate mortgage into new mortgage was efficient and straightforward. Couple of days after phone consultation with Newbury Mortgage Adviser we received an Product Transfer Offer. The NBS Product Transfer Completion document was issued on exact day when previous mortgage ended. There was absolutely no hassle and/or hurdles during the whole process.
