Luke Pummell

I dealt with Luke Pummell and he was excellent. Rapid responses. Clear information. Actually felt like he cared about the process and getting it right. Transmittal were clear. Requirements from me for information likewise. Mistakes were ironed out quickly. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

..Six star service

I have been with the Newbury for many years and they have consistently displayed amazing customer service, excellent advice, patience and kindness. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and when many other societies would not help, the Newbury did and excelled. When the computer in other institutions 'said no', the Newbury's said 'yes' ! Excellent Mortgage Lender
