Great customer care and customer service

I've remortaged with Newbury Building Society twice now and the experience and process is pain free, fast and efficient! I find things like this quite stressful but I have always been impressed with the high level of customer care and service recieved. Justine gave me excellent advice and took the time to ensure I opened the correct savings accounts for my needs.

Top Building Society..

What an amazing building society ... we've had mortgages with them since 1994 they were the only building society which could provided us with the money we needed to buy in our preferred area at the start, so will always be thankful for that .The Abingdon branch were very understanding when needing to borrow more money for our second and third homes. Wouldn't go anywhere else would definitely be first on the list if we need to borrow in the future .. Very competitive.. Great company

We had a lot of trouble with another lender getting our shared ownership and all went wrong and lost our mortgage offer, when we thought all was lost Newbury gave us an offer and had everything sorted for us very fast with very little hassle. They have had amazing customer support, which most other lenders don’t and just general made it very stress free for us. Once we moved in we even had a welcome box which was a nice touch from them. Remortgaging

I received communication to let me know that present mortgage deal would end in April 2023. I was advised to get in contact to select a new deal. This was followed up with a reminder. I arranged a telephone interview that took place exactly on time, everything was explained and all my questions answered. I was offered a 3yr or 5yr deal.
