Excellent service

I have had a number of mortgages in the past but have remained with Newbury for nearly 20 years. Why? Because they have excellent staff and provide excellent service. I recently applied for an advance on my current mortgage and Newbury arranged it quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed during the whole process. Highly recommended company

First time buyers therefor our first time going through the mortgage application, Newbury were very helpful and no question was a silly one, smooth process throughout, great mortgage rate offered to us, would highly recommend them has a mortgage supplier! After all the stress of moving we had a treat box sent to us with some touching essentials such as tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and lots of savings vouchers which will come in handy when buying for our new home, really impressed with the service we have received and completely stress free which was an added bonus, thank you Newbury! Highly understanding and helpful building society.

Highly understanding and helpful building society. We needed to change our current mortgage provider to help son buy his first home. Our previous provided was unwilling and unhelpful to be able to do this - Newbury were a real pleasure to engage with and we've stayed with them. They are competitive in the market place and certainly make you feel a valued customer (and prospective customer at the time of our re-mortgage). A definite recommend for others! Exceptional Service from NBS
