Mortgage Redemption

We decided to redeem a mortgage, being in the position to do so. After an initial phone discussion, I spoke with manager, Ella Bright. She talked through the options, explained how the process works and confirmed all in writing. Once we had decided to proceed, she ensured that the paperwork was received. Transferring to a new mortgage product

Our telephone call was handled professionally and our advisor was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We felt very confident that we had been given good, helpful advice that enabled us to make a decision. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
