Always a pleasure, the staff are so polite and helpful no matter which branch I transact in. I see them offer a great, knowledgeable service and seen some fantastic rapports built with their customers while in branch but wonder why they don't direct many of our customers to leave a review? Amazing Service from a fantastic Building Society

Always have amazing service from the branches and love having the passbooks separate from the modern online banks. Mobile app once registered is simple and easy to use. The Newbury also offer great regular savings reviews face to face with a human being rather than online robots. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
