Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Excellent Service

Laura was very informative and friendly. She was able to make suggestions that we weren't aware of. We opened an ISA and a savings account each and the whole process was handled professionally and easily. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

In branch service review

Staff are friendly and there to help, know what they are doing and are focused on making sure the customer understands. Branch is in Newbury town centre and it is open on a Saturday morning. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024
