Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Hello Newbury Building Society.

I wanted to open a new ISA and transfer and existing one to it. Tasha in Basingstoke was very helpful and set the whole thing into motion for me. This is my first exposure to Newbury BS, and I fell sure it will not be my last. Reviewed on: 20th June 2024

Good Service

Opened the junior ISA at the Andover branch today (15th June) with Ana. Although I didn’t have an appointment she was extremely helpful and opened my son’s account. The account was opened with 30 minutes and Ana was happy to inform me with different products, the different regulations and happy to answer any questions. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024
