Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Savings and ISA query

Walked in and discussed about saving and ISA’s lady was very helpful and explained that I would need an appointment but came and discussed options with the different products offered. I was then able to sort the savings accounts out there and then And booked an appointment to discuss options for an ISA. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Customer Service is Like Second Nature to Them

We work with Newbury Building Society to help them provide an inclusive digital experience on their platform through our toolbar. Every time we work with them or talk to someone who is affiliated with the company, they are so polite and helpful. You can tell that's a true reflection on how they work with clients of their own.
