Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Transferring account

Very helpful meeting with Adam he was very informative & provided all the options available for us to transfer our funds into a new account. NBS Thatcham staff have always been friendly, polite & helpful, we have been using them for many years & will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023
