Booked an appointment for the next day and was seen quickly, talking through all of the options available was great , transferred money into the starter savings account was easy, just waiting for the savings book to arrive now by post , sorted, buying a investment bond is a bit more difficult, but this is due to the bank not allowing you to transfer large amounts of money into one hit , problem!
