Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Great customer experience

The staff member was very accommodating of the fact I didn’t have much time on my car parking so went through everything at a good pace (but still thoroughly) and was very accommodating that I had my small child with me and provided a box of toys for her to play with. Easy process to open the account as well. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Efficient and good

Savings Account

I went to Hungerford Branch to open an ISA and saw Daisy who was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly for me. Daisy even made me a cup of tea and turned the aircon on for me as I wasn't feeling my best! Really went above and beyond my expectations, will definitely be recommending the Newbury!
