I wanted to open an account on an ISA of £20000 to save paying income tax on my savings, Haze Parker talked me through the process of an ISA account, she was very helpful and professional, I will open another for 2025/2026 tax year to save more. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Hungerford Branch

I visited your Hungerford branch a few weeks ago for a savings review. This branch always has helpful and friendly staff. I had an appointment with Bryony who was very professional and helpful and I achieved what I wanted during my appointment. BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I spoke with Eje today about details of opening our savings account and she sent over information immediately and I then went back for further clarification and she was explained everything very clearly and took time to ensure that I understood exactly what was required. Savings Account Changes

Received a very helpful, friendly, and informative experience. Cancelled my Easy Access ISA and opened an Existing Member Account. It was really nice to have face to face contact instead of doing this on line. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025
