TOP MARKS FOR USER FRIENDLINESS

In the process of setting up an ISA for the first time found every stage of the procedure found it to be very slick, easy to follow from step to step, and never had the slightest problem at any stage. I have no experience of other Building Society's systems, but as far I am concerned the Newbury Building Society's systems (at least for an 84 year old) are as good as it gets. Other places could learn from this Building Society

All of the staff are engaging and helpful. I have received a lot of really good information about the products on offer yet never felt pushed into making a decision or getting a product. Excellent service

I was welcomed to the branch and made feel very comfortable. Dorothy was very informative and knowledgeable. She explained different accounts so I knew which was best for me. All in all the service was excellent . Reviewed on: 10th December 2025
