Update RRP midway through your policy

NFU have made me pay the increase in RRP on a watch I had stolen even though the increase occurred midway though my policy. Even their own brokers say this is incorrect but despite complaining they are refusing to refund me. I’ve also been waiting 13 weeks for my replacement watch because they won’t source it from a reputable reseller, only the manufacturer! Really bad service and underhand tactics. Waste of money!!!

We took a building and contents insurance thinking NFU was the best!! How wrong was I?? We bought an old manse so wanted to have it fully insured. After suffering a lot of damage during storm Arwin. We had exterior walls down and around 9 trees. The direction of the storm was very clear. The chimney in the direction of the storm damage came down during the storm. Tried to speak but RUDE person on line "like a long playing record"

Have just 'phoned re increase of 26% on last years premium, the person I spoke to appeared to read a script without taking a breath, when I spoke she continued to speak over me, this is what NFU state as personal service there to help!!! Inflation at 9% yet premium increased by 26% In sixty years I have never had a home insurance claim. Anyone reading this any suggestions for another company? Reviewed on: 4th August 2022

NFU understands customer needs

NFU and its Legal Insurance Comapny DAS Criminal Organisations

I have now gone to FOS with my complaint about these two Criminal Organisations and the Crooked Solicitor Jackson Boyd in Glasgow that DAS use to defeat your claim. This was a Legal Expenses Claim. I have made a complaint about the refusal of my claim by DAS, I have gone to the FOS. Absolutely horrific

Expeled for having a disability an questioning the disgusting culture of discrimination. They are also being sued by a huge number of members for systematic brech of contact. Corruption and Fraud

NFU us a corrupt company called DAS to process its legal expenses claims, I had to go to the FOS years ago and got compensation about another complaint against DAS, NFU Police states cover for use in connection with the insured driving or the use of a vehicle in the Policy, DAS and Jackson Boyd Solicitors in Scotland stated I was not covered for an alleged offence that I allegedly committed, which I have evidence from Dash Cameras that never happened, and this was in connection ... Theiving robbers with no customer service whatsoever charging £700 for insurance available for under £120

I have had insurance with the Thirsk branch of this company for some years. On checking my policy I found that although telling them that all my insurances need to be paid by yearly direct debit this had not been acted on. I was told by two women on the phone that it was not possible to pay for anything by yearly direct. What a load of rubbish. Excellence

We have been with NFU for over 5 years now for both home and buildings insurance. They are back far the best insurers we have dealt with. We have made claims in the past for both buildings and home insurance. They have never quibbled or challenged our claims, only asked for reasonable Information to process the claims.
