Longterm Paypal user (since the og ebay days)

I’ve had PayPal for about 26 years, from the eBay days, I’ve always felt safe when shopping with PayPal. Then they levelled up offering PayPal credit. If ever I have the option to use interest free for 4 months I will always choose that. it helps me manage my money better and gives me the opportunity to purchase things without having to worry. I also think the take 3 is brilliant. I would prefer all retailers to offer a PayPal option as it’s my most trusted credit provider Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent when you have to speak to any of the representatives but when it comes to payment been updated in the system it takes several days for it to reflect in the account- confusion as I don’t know if I’ve not gone past the due date Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

You are less likely to over spend with PayPal credit

PayPal Credit allows you to budget for larger purchases without the stress of added interest, if you pay your balance within the interest free period, it makes you think more about what you are buying/ paying for and you are less likely to over spend as you would with a regular credit card.
